"Relaxed and friendly step into paramotoring, James James and Launch-it Paramotoring deserve five stars. I arrived with some past paragliding experience and for paramotoring that means some pretty bad habits. James knew what to do to get them ironed out and I was up in the air once he had run through all the paramotor drills and configuration and ultimately was satisfied with my ground handling.
James is patient and highly knowledgeable and he takes time to let you relax and learn while doing. He continually emphasises safety, and instilled confidence. His passion for paramotoring is contagious, and I am now totally hooked.
The school's has a perfect airfield in a beautiful area and top-notch equipment. The camaraderie among fellow students and more experienced pilots has been a massive bonus. Nothing like sharing a drink and a good banter at the end of a flying day with great people who shared the same passion.
In a nutshell, the experience has been exceptional, and I highly recommend James’s school to anyone interested in paramotoring. Thanks to him, I've gained skills, some new friends and can already envision the adventure ahead."

"Learnt to Paramotor with James @ launch it Somerset recently and cannot recommend the service enough. Friendly, professional and gets you up flying as quickly as safely possible. Also after care is great making sure you make several flights under supervision before declaring you safe to go and practice yourself.
Gear is all modern and in great condition, and as there are only 1 or 2 students at a time the teaching is very direct but friendly. Purchased my Parajet and BGD wing from James which was at a great price and delivered really quickly. All in all a great experience and well recommended. Thanks James"

There's no rush to complete your training, Take your time and at your own pace. James is super calm and it's like you are training with a mate. He'll push you when he feels you are ready and inspires confidence in your abilities. The reward for all those days running up and down a field are well worth it! Such an incredible buzz when you first lift off the ground and do your first circuit of the field at 500 feet. Generally one on one, but occasionally there's two which is great to socialise and meet other budding pilots. Would highly recommend if you have a busy life style or just want to fly!
